Please contact Jack Nadel International through form submission on the Contact Us page with any questions regarding an order, tracking of a shipment, additional information, custom projects, etc. (8:00am-4:00pm Pacific Time).
Shipping?
If you place an order on an in stock item and it is received before 12pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, the order is shipped within 48 hours via the shipment method you have chosen. If you have special requests or if you need to ship sooner, please contact us.
For all orders that are not in stock, please allow approximately 5-10 working days for domestic orders to ship.
Orders designated for priority delivery are subject to additional charges. Taxes and shipping are calculated at the time of checkout.
Orders shipped out the same day will incur a $25.00 rush fee. Rush orders need to be received before 1:00pm PST.
Return Policy?
If you are ever dissatisfied with a product you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund or exchange.
To receive information on how to return or exchange your purchase, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page. All form submissions are monitored by our Client Services team.
Please save all packaging materials so that, should there be a need to return the product, it can be sent in its original packaging to prevent damage.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. All other returns may be subject to additional shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
